 Whole or half beef or lamb and split-half beef orders are available by reservation. We'll help you work one-on-one with our processor to ensure you receive the cuts and package weights that best fit your needs. We encourage all our customers to come to the farm and see how our animals are raised however, delivery throughout Springfield and Central Illinois can be arranged if you need assistance.
