Our cattle and lambs are
selected
to prosper on high quality grass, fresh air and sunshine
without the need for artificial growth hormones, antibiotics
or chemical additives. Pasture finishing by rotational
grazing on lush grass-legume fields produces superior
quality meats naturally high in flavor, omega-3 fatty acids, CLA
and vitamin E.
Pasture raised meats are healthier, tastier, more

Beef and lamb packages are available almost
anytime at our farm. Whole or half beef or lamb and split-half beef orders
are available by reservation. We'll help
you work one-on-one with our processor to ensure you receive
the cuts and package weights that best fit your needs. We
encourage our customers to come to the farm and see how our
animals are raised however, delivery throughout Springfield and Central Illinois can
be arranged if you need assistance.
