Our lambing season is late Spring when the
grass is the greenest and lambs
are not ready
for market until late Fall and early Spring. Grass fed
lamb is the most succulent and flavorful – there is no comparison
to store bought lamb – even from New Zealand!
All our meats are processed at
state-inspected locker plants where they are individually packaged and
vacuum-sealed to protect from freezer burn and seal in freshness – no
more freezer burn or leaky meat packages in your refrigerator!
